New PhD regulations: these took effect from January 2011 (students starting before then are unaffected). The process is summarised in the Research Degree Milestones chart. Supervisors should familiarise themselves with the New PhD Regulations .
There are research degree opportunities throughout the Department. Please contact the relevant section directly or Charlie Greenhill can put you in touch with the right person. All non-Imperial College staff should initially apply using the on-line application form.
