- Manmeet Matharoo is undertaking reasearch looking at teamwork and decision-making in Colorectal Cancer Multi-disciplinary Teams. Manmeet presented the provisional results of her study last Friday (01/03/2013) at the St. Mark's GI grand round. 412 patient decisions have been scrutinised in real time with some interesting results. - A BBC 2 Horizon programme will be screened on Thursday 21 March at 2100hrs about Human Factors in Healthcare. The programme, presented by Dr Kevin Fong will look at how learning about the human in the system and the system itself can bring about enormous improvements in safety and outcomes that technology and medical science can only aspire to.
