Welcome to the Department of Infectious Disease Epidemiology (DIDE) IT support page. Here you will find lots of useful information about the IT systems within the department, what's on offer, and how to get things done. The information contained in these pages is only relevant to people that use the computing facilities with the department. If you are not a member of the department and need help with your Imperial College IT system, you will need to contact ICT Service Desk.
All requests for IT support should be emailed to the Computer Support Engineer, Mr Dipen Mandalia, in the first instance (unless it is not possible to use e-mail).
