Terms of Reference

• To consider and advise the Principal’s Advisory Group on IT resources to support the strategic objectives of the Faculty of Medicine
• to be responsible for bringing together the strategic requirements for IT to support the Faculty and in particular the activities of:
  • individual SIDs as identified in the minutes of SID IT committees
  • teaching
  • research
  • administration
• to encourage the activities of site-based user groups to develop and monitor IT resources on their site and receive minutes of site user committees, where applicable
• to provide Faculty representatives on College IT groups as required, and interface with the College Director of IT
• to manage the interface with the NHS IT services
