Main terms of reference:
- To ensure that the appropriate Faculty resources are deployed effectively in order to deliver the objectives of the Faculty.
- To ensure that effective management structures are in place within the Faculty.
- To define and monitor the aims and strategic objectives of the Faculty.
- To develop and monitor the academic plan of the Faculty.
- To oversee the development and delivery of School, Institute or Departmental plans including their staffing.
- To receive reports and recommendations from each of its sub-committees.
- To maintain a strategic overview of Faculty activity within SIDs and to consider new strategic initiatives as they arise.
Meeting frequency:
The Committee meets formally on a monthly basis.
